Sunday September 12. Nick went out early in the morning to start more destruction. He was highly motivated by the fact that I almost bought another vintage camper on Saturday (I have a problem).
His day started with the removal of the cabinet above the stove and sink area. This is when we realized that there are things nailed from the outside in. This means that Nick gets to buy another new tool, a cutting wheel, this project is really going to push the capacity of the tool box.

I worked in the house most of the day and let him loose. My what he can accomplish when I'm not up his butt making sure he's doing it right! The closet framing is out, the whole unit that housed the fridge and cabinets, gone. Half of the bunk, the whole ceiling, the heater, and he cleaned it up as he went! I just left a huge pile of rotted, splintery crap full of staples on the floor for a week.
I was so impressed when I went out there. I helped clean up the last of the debris and we talked about our plans for her. We both have a lot of plans and ideas, now to jive them all together.
